Summary: good book written by a leading contemporary scholar of Islam
Comment: When I ordered this book I didnt know what I could actually expect,but after reading I realised that it was written by one of the contemporary erudite scholar who has credentials in both exoteric and esoteric tenets of Islam.The book is well written about the state of prophet after death and also articles on the Holy prophet's ascension and vision of the Almighty,most of the proofs are well substantiated and footnotes are useful in clarifying the validity of prophetic narrations as the views of past scholars,arguements etc have been neatly laid up where ever possible.
