Summary: Winning at Handling Conflict
Comment: As a trainer facilitator, finding a quality workbook to use for myself and with diverse participants is highly desirable. This workbook is loaded with excellent examples and easy to follow exercises. I liked the way the content is organized and progressively helped me to handle more complex situations of conflict. Handling conflict is not comfortable for everyone; however, this workbook helps people to quit blaming others and take more responsibility to handle conflict before it escalates. This is a "keeper" and I hope that whoever reads this review will put this in their toolkit immediately.
