Comment: This is an excellent book which exposes the limitations of money as the sole way of ordering economic affairs. Very readable and thought provoking, it details the use of energy as the way forward in understanding the merit of different courses of action facing societies. It makes a compelling argument for the changes which will be necessary if the world is to prosper in the future and introduces the concept of "suoming" in which countries would have the ability to buy and sell the rights to use energy. Anyone interested in the great issues facing our planet should read this book.
