Summary: A Gift to Myself
Comment: I would like to recommend this wonderful program to anyone who would like to have a happier and healthier life, and to be more intimate with themselves and others. I am learning so much about myself through the journaling process in Kit #1. The concepts that are learned and practiced in the kit help to build the skills necessary to live a balanced life and turn off the drives to go to excess. I am learning to develop a nurturing inner voice to replace the critical negative one that has resided within me for too long. I welcome that new nurturing voice to move forward with me on the pathway to a more balanced life, free from excess, with an abundance of life's sweetest rewards. Won't you join me?

Summary: This is the best thing that I've ever done for myself
Comment: I've been working on this program since January 1. I have to say it is changing my life for the better. I am learning the skills to turn off my drive to overeat, overspend, over people please, and over think, as well as keeping busy busy busy.

This is a simple method, but it is not easy.

I first read Laurel Mellin's book "The Solution" when it came out in 1998. I used the journals and the feelings letters to get rid of a lot of trash. I lost weight. I felt great.

I felt so good, I quit using the skills, and I'm having to relearn them. I am a person who takes time to change. It's far too easy to want to lose the weight NOW, to get the skills NOW. God, give me patience and give it to me NOW!

It is easy to be dismayed by the price of the book, the kit, and the support. There are six kits total, and this kit gives you the grounding you need to continue this work. Not everyone needs all six kits. Not everyone needs to take a long time to do this. It is just that the support is there if you need it.

This kit is the first step to a new life. I invite you to take it.

diet strategy. The key concepts to learn are balanced diet,
intimacy, vibrance, spirituality, rewards and interests. This
book develops an extensive self-care regimen with accompanying
support systems to encourage the desired behavioral
modifications. The work is an important addition to the existing
health library. Diet management requires a
disciplined approach which this author instills in the reader. The purchase is a solid value for the price charged.
