Summary: The Worst Coaches Book Ive Ever Seen
Comment: As an avid reader and student of leadership I read coaches books. These guys are on the leading edge of society and have much to teach. Unfortunately this guy cant communicate it. This book is so intellectual that its hard to imagine him communicating with football players. I knew when they won the super bowl it was a fluke but I had no idea his book would be this bad. Its the only book I went out and got rid of in twenty years. Save your money and buy someone elses book rather than this one folks.

Summary: What's up with Competitive Leadership?
Comment: I originally thought this book was about football. I was wrong. This book is about leadership skills for business. It will help you succeed and become a better leader. Brian Billick is an intelligent author and an outstanding football coach. Billick is the only coach to lead the Baltimore Ravens to a play-off game, not to mention a Super Bowl. 2002 is his second consecutive year to reach the play-offs. The vocabulary is impressive. Enjoy your reading of Competitive Leadership- Twelve Principles for Success.

Summary: Leadership 101
Comment: I have follow the Ravens in the off season since their amazing super bowl win. Mr. Brain
You will need a dictionary near-by as Brian the Brain uses some big words to truly understand. I suggest you take notes as you read so you can put what you learn into action.
This book is great for people who are learning on what it takes to be a leader or improving their leadership skills. Also it is great for people in non-leadership roles, because you will understand why the leader does things that you find hard to follow. As quoted in the book per General MacArthur ?Adapt or die!?Similar Books:
