Comment: The trilogy of books by the Master Franz Bardon are unparalleled in the world of magick. What Crowley could not do, Master Bardon does. Instead of bragging about himself like Crowley, Master Bardon gets directly to the matter of making Hermetic science accessible to ALL. The first book explained the basic techniques and theory of magick. This second volume described the Solar Hierarchy of Intelligences and beings that are part of our universe. With the same care and delicacy, Master Bardon explains in theory then goes direct into practice. There are no blinds, tricks, or games like Crowley, but direct and to the point information. Master Bardon takes the student step by step just as in his first book, in order to have a successful evocation. The book is rich in information and theory even if you decide not to pursue the path of magick, the knowledge contained in this volume makes it priceless. For those students who want to actually practice Magick, get all of Bardon's books, you will not regret it.

Summary: Excellent technique... A must
Comment: Follow up to Initiation into Heremtics. So you've had your grammar through High schooling in magic.... Now on to University. the beings of these spheres can be approached as that, professors. ritual magic is an art form and it is a shame that Bardon limits the form. But maybe, his disposition was not along these lines. Still, a more than notable text for the working magician.

Comment: Bardon's books are the best there are. You can learn a lot from other sources, but Bardon's methods are incomparable. His Initiation Into Hermetics is absolutely necessary to work through before going into his Practice of Magical Evocation.
