Summary: Buy the first book and borrow this one...
Comment: Although this book has some good recipes, it isn't the book the first one is. Her first book had recipes that were much easier to cook and to adapt to your own child's needs (if they had any yeast problems or other allergies). This cook book is good but if you can only buy one, spend the money on the first one or on a Carol Fenster cookbook.

Comment: However, you need BOTH Special Diets for Special Kids and Special Diets for Special Kids II - both books go together!! The recipes in this book are great! GREAT HINTS TOO!
