Summary: Great book merging "Quality Management" with ORG development
Comment: This is one of the finest books written on Quality managment principles and how those principles should be integrated with traditional Organizational Development. Written in an acedemic fashion it provides great depth, excellent case studies, unique models and outstanding survey's included at the end of each chapter.

A must read for those working on their masters in Organizational Development or studying for the ASQ Quality Manager Certification.

I have read hundreds of ORG leadership and Quality Management books and this ranks right near the top!

I highly recommend it.
