Comment: i think that it covered too many species in such a small book it wasnt detailed enough on each species.it would be much better if it had more categories for sections of particular species e.g. feeding your veiled chameleon etc

Summary: The word here is "BROAD".
Comment: To start, this book seemed to be filled with a lot of information at first. Then after a while, I realized that it contained nothing useful to me, because I was looking for very detailed and specific information on Vieled Chameleons and this book only had a broad overview on the physical characteristics, and the care section was 5 pages long. Not a bad book for a overview. Not a good book for details.

Summary: Simply amazing
Comment: Nov 20, 1999 - You cannot go wrong with AVS books. The authors are pioneers in reptiles' and amphibians' husbandry. This book (like any AVS books) is user friendly and contains a lot of practical tips. It's simply the best book about chameleon breeding in the market today.
