Comment: I was a student of Glenn Brown at Sam Houston State University in the late 1960s. We knew of some of the trials and tribulations of his life, like being a POW in Korea and we knew of his dry wit. These writings, done late in his life, protray him as we knew him, witty and introspective. In the book he speaks of his love for his family and his God. What more of a legacy could a man leave for his family.

It is not so much what Mr.Brown says in the book, but the way he says it. Pure Glenn Brown. The man had a distinctive way of telling a story. Those who never met Mr. Brown will appreciate his storytelling skills.
