Summary: A great book on first ladies!
Comment: this book was a great help to me while I was writing a report on influential first ladies. The author includes interesting facts and much more detail on the first lady's lives than the average book on first ladies. The book includes the first ladies personal insights and what they were interested in - politics, education, etc. It really shows how some first ladies played the presidential role more than the president of the time did. I recommend this book, especially if you are writing a report on a specific first lady included in the book, all the first ladies, and especically the influential first ladies.
