Summary: A great resource
Comment: Interesting, matter-of-fact book. I was glad to read that these devices work, up to a point. They don't appear to offer permanent enlargement just by themselves -- you really need to read this book to find out how they work in combination with other practices -- but they're also a fun toy for couples to use!

Summary: Required reading for the poorly endowed
Comment: There are a lot of myths surrounding the use of vacuum pumps in penile development. This excellent book explains fully what can, and more importantly can't, be done using a pump. It explains fully - including the process of hypermia, by which blood is sucked into the main erectile cavity by the air pressure differential. The maintenance tips are also useful - they are easily overlooked, and if you use your pump on a regular basis, you'll want to take particular attention to this chapter. This book can be hard to reach, but if you're not quite as well developed as you'd like, this book is a useful reference point. I only gave it 3 stars... but nonetheless it's a good read.
