Summary: Very good (but concise) handbook. Recommend!
Comment: This book describes most (all?) of the known techniques of optical contrast enhancement in light microscopy. Enough information to fully understand the methods and at least some of their applications. I'd like more details, but concede that it gives enough. Strongly recommended!
