Summary: easy to follow
Comment: This book offers lots of general principles, methods and scenarios to help people who are interested in community planning as soon as possible to get involved. It also makes links between those principles, methods and scenarios with each other in order to make them more useful and easy to apply. The last part-appendices can combine all those above mention to a practice situation. This is a very useful handbook, in my personal opinion.
