Summary: This book is great!!!
Comment: This book really helped my boyfriend and I spice up our love life. It has several positions. Not only do they show you the position, they explain how it should be done. Overall, this book helped increase the communication between my boyfriend and I sorrounding what we liked and how we liked it. I would reccomend this book to anyone looking to add some spice and variety to their love life.

Summary: Not What I Expected
Comment: I'd hoped that this book would be what the title claimed: 101 Exciting Positions. Well, it wasn't. I haven't gone and counted exactly how many positions there are (I'm guessing perhaps 50, tops) but some are rather mundane no-brainers (missionary, woman-on-top, doggie-style) and the majority of the rest are variations on those. Personally, I don't count moving a leg a few inches a new position! The pictures were interesting (my husband wondered how they got models for it and whether they wore paper pasties, like in Hollywood), but some were just ridiculous (the strip-tease section, for instance). I was hoping this book was more of an encyclopedia, showing and describing 101 positions to try. Instead, I got a colorful rehash of what we mostly already know.

Summary: You Are On The Right Track
Comment: While pursuit of The Best Sex You'll Ever Have is a highly worthwhile pursuit, the reader is advised not to expect to find the key to that mysterious lock hidden within the pages of this volume. The reasons are twofold:
1) Sheer quantities of positions alone can never lead one to "incredible" sex, or even to good sex. Quality of sexual relations is a factor of many things, including "Chemistry" and Communications between the lovers, Trust, Skills, Open-ness to Intimacy, Setting and "Scenario," and numerous other less easily defined factors. A wonderful alternative to this work which features excellent writing and instruction on all of the above areas would be "9 Free Secrets of New Sensual Power," which uses a fun instructional-story approach to imparting sexual wisdom which this reviewer has not seen before in the sex-advice genre, but which worked so well in "The Celestine Prophesy."
2) The book itself does not communicate its message or methods effectively. The tone does not engage or inspire on par with the best of this genre, for example, the way the "New Free Sex" DVD conveys its message in a conversational one-to-one style that is readily grasped by all. Rather, Mr. Emerson's book comes off "cold," like a piece of art on a gallery or museum wall ? whereas one would want and expect heat from a book designed to develop passion.
Overall, I commend the reader for exploring this essential and rewarding area of human development, but encourage further search in order to accomplish the goal of acquiring fulfilling, exciting and advanced lovemaking skills.
