Summary: Great book "manufactured" and edited in China
Comment: This is a great book. It has almost everything. What it does not have, I have not found.

I do have a problem with the book. The number of "typos" is huge. It appears that whoever proofed this book was not fluent in English. The words appear to be spelled correctly; they are just the wrong words. It v. if? "United State" v. United States. I don't know if past editions had this problem, but this one shure does.
