Comment: I don't read mysteries often but was intrigued with this book. Having visited rural Ireland I find the characters and settings very believable. I highly recommend the book for people who love mysteries and for those who don't. A must read!

Summary: Who Is Angela?
Comment: Everyone in the village on the lonely Isle of Charts in the Irish Sea believes they know Angela Whyte quite well--until she is murdered! The local magistrate, Colonel Devereaux, unable to handle a murder calls in Scotland Yard's Evan Brisco to sort clues and analyze some quirky island residents.

Author Thomas J. Doyle is masterful at weaving clues to a mystery that keeps the reader indeed mystified right up to the end. This story, set in Edwardian times, is flavored with Sherlock Holmes type characters. I strongly recommend this mystery.
