Summary: compact atlas
Comment: This atlas is slim and lightweight compared to other atlases, making it easy to pickup to look something up. The maps are clear and easy to read. Each of the maps in the world map section have scales of elevation and distance printed next to them. A great bargain...

Summary: Is this really a World Atlas?
Comment: I just found out 2/3 content of this atlas is about the United States. And this is actually not what I wanted --- I have a very good US Atlas, but I just wanted a real "world" atlas.
The US maps of this atlas are made pretty well --- you can find almost any small town on a map. But for countries outside US, I just feel dispointed, especially for big countries, like Russia and China, the "resolution" of the map is not so good as my expection.
