Summary: Misleading Write-Up
Comment: This book has some nice pictures, especially the front and back covers. It is nicely presented and has quite a few decorating ideas.
It however lacks any real substance, especially with regard to detail, and how-to instructions.
If you are an experienced crafter looking for new inspiration, you might want to give this one a read, but it wouldn't be very helpful for beginners.
Please note: This is not a "How-To" book, it is a small coffee table book with pictures of completed projects.

Summary: Pretty Pictures, but Misleading Description
Comment: This book has great pictures of Christmas decorations, especially the cover shots, but that's where it ends.
The write-up states that it is "Packed with a host of ideas for adorning everything from the front door to the tree and dinner table." It's got ideas all right, but there isn't a single "how-to" paragraph in the whole book, just the writer describing the pictures in detail.
If you're an experienced crafter who just needs a few ideas to light a creative spark, then this may be interesting reading. Even so, I wouldn't necessarily buy it if it was available at the library, because it doesn't take very long to run through.
Not recommended for beginners, who would spend their time better on a more descriptive book.
