Summary: With a turn of the screw, this review is for you
Comment: With The Instruments of Torture, Mr.Kerrigan has written a superbly informative and gruesome journey into the hellish world of torture. He illustrates his book with nightmarish visions of a world gone mad! The author's text is both well researched and entertaining. This book ranks with Innes's History of Torture and Farrington's History of Punishment and Torture. Only John Swain's masterpiece The Pleasures of the Torture Chamber ranks higher!

Summary: A real pick me up
Comment: This is the kind of book that makes me break out in warm shivers all over the place. Me and my gay lover, miranda, love to use this book for inspiration when our sex life gets bogged down. The pictures are informational and simply drawn, and the "how to" section is a must read for your typical sado-masochist who loves to try new things. I strongly suggest that you try the "Roundhouse of Doom" with your next (...) of blood, pain and violence. So, if you like to dress up in stiff leather vestiments and whip your mate, this is definately the book for you.
