Summary: Dare to lose
Comment: This book is written clearly and is easy to follow. The book has great sample meals to help you with the program. It is easy to eat out because the author gives you great examples to follow. I highly recommend this book.

Summary: Great! Another Diet Book!
Comment: I am suspect to anyone who would encourage or supports weight loss over 2 pounds a week. Women who want to lose weight actually want to lose fat. A weight loss of twenty pounds in a month as seen on the Ananda Show was supported by the author. I find this appalling especially since most of that weight was most likely fluid and muscle loss. Also, most women know from their own dieting horror stories that fast weight loss is usually quickly gained back and then some. Losing any more than 2 pounds a week would send most women's bodies into fat storage mode which is exactly what you are trying to prevent. If you want a great fitness/fat loss book, purchase GET WITH THE PROGRAM BY BOB GREENE who promotes exercise, drinking water, and slowly changing eating behaviours.
