Summary: Love, love, love this book
Comment: This is an excellent care plan book. It takes you through the possible goals, interventions, and rationales for each diagnosis and even gives suggestions for assessment data to collect. It also has a small appendix with nursing diagnoses by illness. Every illness is not listed in this section, but a lot are.

Comment: This book is a must for nursing students. It is a huge help for writing care plans. I don't know what I did without it

Comment: This book has increased my careplan grades. I have used this book during my LPN training and RN training and found that it is easy to follow and understand. I recommend this book to all my fellow nursing students. This book has increased my knowledge of the nursing process. This is a must have!
