Summary: don't waste your time!
Comment: This book is exactly the same as the OSAT French exam book - apparently Massachusetts and Oklahoma use the same competency test for teachers. In any case, both books are dreadful. They are poorly produced (looks like photocopies of something done on a manual typewriter) and answers are missing or cut off at the bottom of the page. There are typos that render some questions meaningless. Additionally there are no accent marks throughout, making the test even worse. If you really want to see what the sample test is like, go ahead and buy this, but I would recommend going to your regional/state board of education office and getting a free test prep booklet instead!
