Comment: This book is great for anyone, even if you don't have fibromyalgia, you will benifit from this book. It has great recipes that are easy to make, which for those of us suffering with fibro, easy is key.
I have felt much better after changing some of the foods I was eating, and this cookbook has made it easy. Some diets are impossible to follow and still live a normal life, but not this one. The ingredient were all found at my regular grocery store, and the prep time is low.
If you are looking for an easy way to change your health and the way you eat, this is the book you want.

Comment: I must say that this is a great book and very well put together. The Fibromyalgia Cookbook has easy, great tasting recipes. The author has put this book together to make it easy for those with Fibro to follow and with ingredients that most people have on hand. Dr. Bested educates Fibro sufferers with lots of information on how proper diet is key for people who suffer from this illness. This book, in fact, is great for anyone...low in fat and filled with healthy recipes. Great job Shelley Ann Smith and Dr. Alison Bested....buy this book, you will love it!!
