Summary: A must for any library...
Comment: I am an avid cook and this is by far one of my favorite cookbooks and the one that I use more than any other. The recipes are quick and easy to prepare -- perfect for mid-week dinners. The ingredients are easy to find, and the recipes have been made healthier without sacrificing flavor. Our personal favorites are the hash brown casserole, apricot-glazed chicken, lemon bars, and porcupine meatballs. I highly recommend this book!
