Summary: Happy Skin
Comment: The pictures and format are vibrant and beautiful as well as clear and concise, which is huge bonus to any "how to" manual. There's a great overview of aromatherapy. I found the synopsis of the oils and how they will benefit your skin type to be very interesting and helpful, although, a few of the products have not been easy to find (but there's a list of contacts and mail order in the index). The exercises were easy to follow and gentle, with full color pic's and text explanation. The oils and exercices are soothing. I also found the full color poster of the exercises(included), to be helpful during travel. I've been on the daily program for 2 weeks now and I already feel a difference in the overall tone of my face. I like the way this book promotes a healthy alternative to preserving and resurecting younger skin. It's also a good read if you're interested in learning some fascinating basics about oils & aromatherapy. Aesthetically, I love this book. Great combination of instructional pic's and informative advice.
