Summary: Little disapointed
Comment: This book offers a lot of information about ancient hair styles and technical information about the construction of the hair shaft and even the chemical make-up of the hair. Which is all good information to know if you are writing a research paper for cosmotology school. But if you are just looking for simple recipies to improve the health of your hair you may want to try a differnt book.

Summary: Good how-to advice
Comment: Good book on natural hair care! I especially loved the recipes and ideas for conditioning hair oils and vinegars. Wish she would have talked about natural bar shampoos though - I love them, and nobody knows about them. It's the only way to go for all-natural hair care. But that's just an aside. :) Great recipes, and explanations of the different herbs, oils and essential oils used in all natural hair care. Very fun!

Summary: Not Just for Hair
Comment: Great book. I have bought tons of these beauty type books and this is the first one I have read in detail. It has information in it about diet and reducing stress an overall better you book.
