Summary: Great Ceviche from a Great Chef
Comment: Once again, Douglas Rodriguez surprises us with an excellent recopilation of recipes that expresses this genius's of Latino Cuisine interpretation of Ceviche. Only a Chef with a passion, love, and respect for his latin roots and the gift of creativity would end up with a magnificent cookbook such as this one. The only thing I regret about this book is the narrow paperback format in which it is presented, which makes it a little uncomfortable to read, but it contains several beautiful pictures consistent with all of his previous publications. The book has recipes for fish and seafood ceviche, and some interesting beef and duck ceviche recipes too.
