Comment: This publisher produces many of these "how to start and manage ..." titles and everyone I've seen (60+) is EXACTLY the same. You buy one and you've bought them all. All the publisher is doing is changing the name of one venture say, "ice cream business" to another venture, "pet grooming". Other than that, the content is exactly the same. There is nothing specific about this information it's not written to tailor each different venture, it's merely the same book with different titles. I do not recommend any of these titles.

Comment: This book was not written specifically for the ice cream business. It was written for another business and they just changed that business name to ice cream business. Because this book was not written specifically for an ice cream shop, it has some pretty ridiculous ideas. I would not recommend this book to anybody.
