Summary: For those who love the 80's, nightlife, parties, and excess!
Comment: Let's just say that if you are obsessed with the 1980's and everything it represents...you will love this book!
I mean, it is the largest book I own -- filled with hundreds & hundreds of photos -- people I have always loved from Madonna & Liza Minnelli to Andy Warhol & Boy George!!
It's also filled with essays & quotes -- pretty amazing to look at...it is hard to imagine nightlife like that because it really doesn't exist now! Patrick was a lucky guy!

Comment: A friend of mine just suprised me with a gift: Patrick McMullan's new photo book - so8os and it blew me away!!
It is an absolutely fabulous book!! and worth every last dollar! Lots of photos of celebrities that you will love to look at: Madonna, Billy Idol, Andy Warhol, Keith Haring, Boy George, etc. and you will keep looking at it for days...it's filled with more than just photos...essays and quotes...
it's a gigantic book and will have an enormous impact in the world!!

Summary: Don't Bother
Comment: Not worth the time or the money. Oversized volume of pap. Party pictures that are extracts of magazines that you threw away years ago (or should have). A gift book that is sure to be re-gifted again and again - or exchanged for something useful.
