Summary: Scary, But Important
Comment: I read this book a few weeks ago and struggled with the words to describe it here. At the time that I bought it, no one else had reviewed the book, and I wish that I'd written sooner. First of all, I think Ms. Grabhorn was very brave in putting this book out there, and I applaud her for her guts. It is definitely a dark work, and it was a struggle to follow the author to the conclusion. She warned the audience that her words would sound crazy. And indeed, they did. But (and this is a big BUT), the picture she ends up painting of our modern world rang true for me. We do live in a very negative world, on a planet that is dying a little more every day. Many of us who are merely seeking answers, with the very best of intentions, do unwittingly feed the sometimes less than noble agendas of those around us, be it family members, politicians or (as Grabhorn puts it) "The Others". The author's advice amounts to not putting blind faith in guidance, channelers, psychics, etc. without doing some protection work first. Whether you agree with Grabhorn's reasons or not, this type of caution is vital. Her ultimate recommendations amount to psychic self-defense, and her steps are simple to perform, but out of respect for her wishes, I won't describe them here. I think the work would be much more well received if she had simply described her journey and methods, rather than starting from a story of creation and working forward... more so because our world has little tolerance for cosmologies that can't be scientifically proven, and Grabhorn is hardly neutral in her description. Sadly, as the other reviews show, most readers will lose the simple treasures of the author's learning because the rest of the story is entirely too daunting, too scary, and too far fetched for most to take. The work is polarizing by nature: if you accept the picture she presents, Planet Earth is the scariest battleground in the cosmos, and if you don't, the author is "delusional". Both could be true, or neither could be true. It's up to the reader to decide. I'm not convinced that the universe works the way Grabhorn described, but I do feel her steps are worthwhile, and I would recommend them to anyone who feels called to New Age pursuits and is putting themselves out on a higher path. Especially if you find that your path somehow seems to be draining you when you're trying to do some good in the world.

Summary: I'm so sad I am angry!
Comment: Some reviewers condescendingly say that those who disliked this book are choosing to be "unconscious". How quaint! How about an alternative explanation. We KNOW all this gibberish already, since it is a take-off on the basic Christian story restated in New Age metaphysical terminology. We also know all this gibberish because it is a constant in much popular doom and gloom conspiracy literture, e.g., David Icke, Gordon Michael Scallion, Ed Dames, Stuart Wilde, and about 10 million right wing fundamentalist ministers.

Want to hear the same stuff for free? Listen to the late night radio talk program Coast 2 Coast. After a couple weeks, you'll be up to speed with this particular meme, but probably will be a much less happy and healthy person. Anyone out there remember Flip Wilson as he dressed in drag and blamed every ill event on "The devil made me do it". How insane that Lynn went from such metaphysical light BACKWARDS to this standard "victim" mentality so fostered by controlling religions.

What is so ironic is that her first book EMYLIW stated the truthful inspiring message (which she also did not invent but just restated) that we create our reality through the vibration of our thoughts, fueled by our feelings.

So what then brought all this misery into Lynn's life? LYNN!! She seems to have trashed her first book's premise, and instead says we are all victims to the big bogeymen, the "Others" who are to blame for everything bad. Isn't that a total contradiction of the first book?

What I suggest might be going on here is that Lynn is a very disturbed person who goes from one "solution" to another, eager and excited by one strategy of life after another, only becoming restless when her own inner-demons surface. Instead of swinging pendulums around and talking to discarnate channeled beings, I suggest a loving and compassionate professional THERAPIST!!

She has chosen to project her inner-demons (as so many fundamentalists do!) out into the cosmos and then proclaim (like the standard fundamentalist preacher) that THIS is real, and you better believe it or you are going to hell (or Earth 1, that being the current Earth while all the goody two-shoes go to Earth 2). She actually believes in the evangelical Christian rapture, even though that is no where scripturally supported except via wild imaginings. DOes she even think about the power of the subconscious?

I've been involved in metaphysical literature and practice for 40 years (yes, I am an old codger), and there is NOTHING really new in this book. Hell, people suffering alien abduction claim they made such agreements to endure such pain before this life time. Either you find that an affirmation of what Lynn writes, or proof that she has a talent of merging the latest trends into her own work.

For her sake, I hope she soon gets restless once again and leaves behind this mentally ill gibberish, and seeks again the LIGHT that was given to her via the Hick's materials. My life has improved substantially from the Hick's materials, including recovery from a painful long term chronic illness and great wealth allowing me to retire early. Lynn has taken a great gift (undoubtely given to her by her TRUE Higher Self) and thrown it in the trash, replacing it with standard fear based drivel.

Lynn can take her dark spooks and shove them where the LIGHT don't shine! Something tells me she'd get a kick out of that. More's the pity. It is very sad to see what has happened to Lynn.

Summary: Can you see the Polarity?
Comment: Anyone looking at the reviews can see the extreme difference in opinion of this book. You either love it or cannot grasp what it's about. I have read similar texts by different authors! Anyone ever wonder why the Gnostic texts disappeared? Why did the Mayans, Atlantians and Egyptians go POOF? Where did they go? HMMMMM, 6th dimension maybe? The elves, I know they reside there. They had to leave earth because of the low frequencies. Lord of the Rings is closer to history than sci fi, but through sci fi it's more digestable.
Most of you who rated 1 star would love anything by Laurence Gardner (tounge in cheek). It's hard to believe this type of information, it is shocking. But the control of humans is not new, any blind person can see that. Look at politics, media, corporate structure, war. People are where they are supposed to be. That's the beauty of being human and free will. Anyway, we all can't go to planet two can we?
