Summary: An Amazing Book and an inspiration to us all!
Comment: Joel Rothschild has yet again excelled himself in writing a book for all!
I found 'SIGNALS' to be a Joy to read, but somehow Joel has gone one step further with 'HOPE' Each page has something to offer everyone, from all walks of life, all age groups; everyone will learn valuable lessons about themselves and gain inspiration to face the upheavels as well as the Joy's of our lifes path.

Everyone I know who has read this book has been touched in a personal and special way thanks to Joel!

I recommend this book to one and all.....

Dearest Joel,

Yesterday I finished reading Hope in 2 hours after receiving it from Amazon at a 30% discount. I started intuitively with p.100 and hit on "war" stories about their lives. Then I read from the beginning.

Within the framework of how you chose to live, your 2nd book is perfect and complete and unconditional in the choice you made. Not to be a critic, but as an observer and being unconditional love and a 2nd paradigm shifter/shaker, I do notice:

- Hope is conditional, to hope is to expect and is to live for the future. It also says that one is not fulfilled and can't be full of joy in the present, or can't feel that one is a present or that other are present(s) too. In-deed "Health is merely the slowest possible rate at which one can die." and Dr. Jampolsky is fun of saying "change your point-of-view and your world changes".
- Your 1st mention of unconditional love appeared on p.60 as with "Sex is like air; it's not important unless you aren't getting any."
- Too often times you still believe in fighting and being a survivor. Please note "If vegetarians eat vegetables what do humanitarians eat?
- Are you still a skeptic about your marvelous Signals? And are you deeply hooked on the warmongering Western Medicine as Superman the actor is? So "How come SUPERMAN could stop bullets with his chest, but always ducked when someone threw a gun at him?"
- I don't know if you still believe that a lover is someone you own and therefore his freedom to choose is a loss rather than a present to you and to him as in p.96? Thus the episode of 12/30/1999 or "Do infants have as much fun in their infancy as adults do in adultery? and thank you for the wonderful Miracle Pets story of Billy. Naturally animals are not pets, most of them are in-deed great teachers of unconditional love and thus wisdom, they are simply more spiritually evolved than most of us humans. An animal is "A true friend knows who you are but likes you anyway."
- I would love to read more of your life since birth as you re-member it. Your choice to "Never take life seriously. Nobody gets out alive anyway."
