Summary: Excellent reference and guide!!
Comment: This book was required reading for our law school Patent & Trademark Licensing course. I used it to learn the fundamentals of licensing, and I still use it now as a reference. While it doesn't give you a perfect license, it shows you how to thoroughly cover your bases. It also comes with a disk that contains many commonly used clauses. This disk alone is worth its weight in gold.
