Summary: BEST MANGA EVER!!!!!
Comment: Fushigi Yugi is about a 15 year old girl named Miaka who accidentally gets sucked into a book with her friend Yui. Sounds kinda strange, don't it? At first I thought that this book would just be some lighthearted reading, no big deal, but boy was I wrong!! I am absolutely OBSSESED with Fushigi Yugi! It is by far the best thing I've ever read in all my life. As soon as you finish the first book you will be DYING for the next!!!! If you were just browsing and happen to stumble about this fantastic manga and considering to buy it, may I suggest that you buy EVERY book they have available! I wish I had! I went insane waiting a week for the next 8 books to come (Book 10 has yet to be released in the US, it's arriving in March of 04) IT'S THAT GOOD!!!!!! Let me tell you a bit more about it. This is a story that all you Hopeless Romantics will love. It is a story of battle, friendship, and true love. Sounds so corny but it really is amazing. Not to mention how FUNNY it is!!! The characters have such depth and warmth. They seem so real, their personality, their looks, you will fall in LOVE WITH THEM!!! The book seems so real if you get into it. They also have a Fushigi Yugi anime. The anime goes on for longer than the book does. For everyone who is confused let me set you straight, There is the 52 original episodes that are the same as the books, then there is the OAV series (WHICH IS AMAZING!!!!! BETTER THAN THE ORIGINAL!!!!!!!! but you cant see the OAV if you haven't seen the first 52, don't cheat!), then comes Eikoden, which is only 4 episodes long and really blows! My suggestion is that you wait awhile after you've finished the OAV to watch Eikoden cause if you don't, it will ruin the fabulous OAV ending! If you want to buy the anime I think you should read the books first. The anime is great and all if you're a Fushigi Yugi fanatic, but honestly the books are 10000000000 times better! Trust me on this one guys, This is AN AMAZING series that you will just absolutely love!!!

Comment: I recommend this book to people finishing Sailor Moon and want to move onto something more mature. Its a holesome tale and will leave you clinching your teeth until the next one comes out. Its an awesome series, bravos to Yu Watase. Also, i recommend Ceres, by Yu Watase.

Summary: THE BEST MAGNA BOOK EVER
Comment: This is the best book ever!!
It's about a 15 year old girl named Miaka who is a glutton and her best friend Yui who is trying to get into a high school that her mom wants her to get in but one day Miaka and Yui go to the library and Miaka and Yui find a book called the "Universe of the Four Gods" and they get sucked inside into a different world!!
You're gonna have to get the book to read the rest and find out.
Read the whole series, it's great!!
(also try to watch the movie series)
