Summary: An excellent book for classroom or personal use
Comment: Patricia Monaghan has an excellent series of books available, some encyclopedic in nature, that are comprehensive AND fun to read (when do you ever see those two together?). I use them in my classroom at the college level in courses where we discuss myths or goddess themes and find myself reading on (and on and on) because the books are well written and interesting to the general reader as well as someone who refers to them for academic use. I recommend Monaghan's books highly.

Summary: Great Book!
Comment: I am a huge Patricia Monaghan fan. I have almost all of her books. This book is an excellent beginner book, or even someone who knows a little more about ancient myths and legends. No matter how seasoned you are, this book will be useful to you. I like Ms. Monaghan's writing because she is much easier to read than some other I have read. The reading moves smoothly there is no stopping to figure out what the author is trying to tell us.

Comment: This is one of best books i have had plesure to read this book has very good infomation on working with femmine engeries for both genders but what i like the most was section to Artemis which i found was useful. Overall i would say this is a must have...
