The book is short, but powerpacked with mini-stories that point out many types of loving kindness. This book is an easy read, but truly thought-provoking.

Comment: For almost half a century,self-improvement books have been more about loving oneself than loving others. This book is a welcome change. What's more, it doesn't just talk about loving kindness. It shows how to practice it in thoughts, words, deeds, and even in silence. And it's filled with inspiring examples. After reading this book, I feel more hopeful for the world and more committed to the ideal of loving kindness.
