Comment: This book gets right to the point! It clearly identifies the things every successful complaint letter should contain. I found the sample complaint letters very helpful and was thrilled with the list of addresses for agencies, federal & state, that take complaints against companies. Also, the list of addresses for most major companies was a wonderful resource. I would recommend this book to anyone looking for results!
