Comment: Reader: If you are looking for a great book to start you on the path to a strong retirement, this old used book is a good beginning. The chapters are organized over the major topics: social security, medical insurance needs, retirement plans, investing for income, living on assets,making real estate decisions,early retirement, and the possible pitfalls (Retirement Jeopardy. Each chapter is divided into three major sections after a short introduction: overview of chap. subject, an insightful real-life question and answer, and finally, What I tell my clients about the subject. I have read and re read this book over the last 8 years and place it at the top of books to help plan for a wonderful retirement in the near or far future. The original cost of this paperback was $.... Rosenberg or another certified financial planner needs to pick up this great text, revise it and get it printed again. I only rated it one less star from the top because some of the information is dated because of our government (social security changes, taxes, etc.)
