Summary: Excellent broad discussion of thermal design
Comment: A collection of topics in heat transfer, temperature measurement, materials. Covers lots of basics - excellent introduction to thermal technology. The principles and math are straightforward and easy to apply. Written with some overall structure to the book - not a disjointed collection of topics squeezed between the covers.
My coworkers and I often do thermal design but our company is not primarily a thermal design company. This book is a great first book to help us occasional thermal professionals. I am ordering my third copy (the others disappeared from my office shelf and are probably doing good work wherever they wound up).
