Summary: "Dazzeloids" are hardly dazzling
Comment: I was VERY disappointed by this game. For a game about "CD-ROM Superheroes on a Binge Against Boredom", it's pretty darn boring itself. I suppose the primitive graphics can be excused by how old the game is, but the songs in it are inane by anyone's standards. Once you're played through all the combinations (which took me one playing session), there is absolutelly no replay value. Any attempt to flesh out the characters is rendered meaningless by the lack of relevence to the actual game. Each character has only one attribute that actually comes into play. There were a few parts that some parents might consider too vulgar for children. The "music video inspired Dazzeloid Dreams" show the sheep-like character being born (it looks like it's falling out of the mother sheep's back side) and sucking on her teets, once as an adult.

The worst part of this game is how it's a thinly-veiled political propaganda tool. Make no mistake, I'm not a huge fan of corporations or anything. But this game claims to be a kid's game about having fun and fighting bordom. Instead it teaches that corporations are run by evil slugs who want to further bordom, make everyone wear suits, and replace books with TVs to turn kids into "brain-washed zombies"! If the makers of this game thinks kids are old enough to be learning about politics, he should respect their right to hear multiple sides of issues and then reach intelligent, informed conclusions.

There are several other things in this game that I could point out, but I've wasted more than enough time with the "Dazzeloids" already. ....
