Comment: Roger Parker provides exactly what I needed. A whip and chair to tame the Web and the planning tools to maximize my benefits from its use. Parker's tried and true real world marketing presentation skills are succinctly converted and applied to the Web's unique characteristics. This is not a theotechnicel programming book. It is a step by step, how-to workbook filled with copious worksheets and guiding examples. I can honestly say that I do not feel the need for any supplemental information on the subject of Web site development.

Every small business owner, whether interested in establishing a web site or not, should read this book.
