Rating: 5
Summary: Flex Ability
Comment: This book really lets you see the real Flex Wheeler from the inside out. He gets down to the dirt of what is printed about him and clarifies the untruths. You'll love this book. I could't put it down.

Rating: 5
Summary: Very candid, inspirational, and heart-felt story
Comment: Flex shares his very best and very worst openly and candidly. This a very heart-felt and inspirational story of a great athlete and one of bodybuiling's finest, and-most of all- a human story. This is also very insightful and revealing about the insides of this sport. Flex openely shares his very good, bad, and very ugly experience in the bodybuilding world. He certainly been up, down, and sideways. Despite the the ongoing struggle and the down and side-turns, the story holds a thread of hope of someone courageous enough to follow his dream even if it led him to misteps.

Flex is a champion, beyond just physically, in the human sense.

Rating: 2
Summary: Book should be called "Woe is Me"
Comment: I was amped when I bought this book because I thought it was going to have a lot of information about Flex Wheeler's bodybuilding career, training, etc. He has awesome genetics and is a legend in bodybuilding.

While it did contain some bodybuilding information, it was overshadowed by all the bad stuff that happened in his life, long boring stories of him talking about how awesome his girlfriend was, and how low his self esteem was.

I was REALLY disappointed in this book and wish I didn't spend my money on it or more importantly, waste my time reading it.
