Summary: This book Encouraged Me.......
Comment: As a parishoner of the Chapel in Akron, I have the priviledge of hearing Mr. Larson preach on a regular basis. He is humorous, down-to-earth, but he also doesn't sugarcoat the gospel. He tells it as is. His writing style is much the same as his speaking...honest, real-life situations that you can relate to. I read this book at a bad time in my life and was greatly encouraged by it. Life is much like a race...are we gonna get lazy and stop and watch others run by, or are we gonna run for the goal: Heaven and Christ. I highly recommend this book and any other book by Knute. I've heard Chuck Swindoll, David Jeremiah, Hank Hennagraff, Greg Laurie, and Knute is definately on par with these other great men of the faith. Don't give up on your race.....
