Comment: I found this book as a result of an article in the local paper. That alone is proof there are no accidents! This book came to me at a time when I needed it the most, and provided me with the most precious gift I could ever wish for ~ hope. This book has touched me deeply and changed my life forever. I have purchased 10 more with the intention of sharing that hope with others. I look forward to more books by this inspiring author!

Comment: After reading this book, I now realize that we need to do more than just live our lives on the "medical defensive." We need to live our lives with the idea in mind that happiness can literally crowd out disease. We have so much more power over our own bodies than we ever possibly imagined.
