Comment: Not only did this book prepare me fully to put on an intergenerational dialogue within the communities that I work, but it taught me about the world around me. It was written in an easy to read format that answered every question I could have had about the intergenerational process.

Summary: The Key to Our Future!
Comment: As a member of Generation X, I understand the pain that results from generational gaps. Engaging in intergenerational dialog is critical to the future health of our currently segmented culture. Gambone has dedicated his life to bridging generational gaps through dialogue, and he does it extremely well. The wisdom and methodology in this book has priceless application in communities, buisnesses, churches, and countless other contexts (I have experienced his dialog model in action). If you are at all interested in generational issues, I highly recommend this book--the most valuable you will find on the subject!
