Summary: Didn't Like It...
Comment: I buy most of my books on personal recommendations...but this one I bought on my own and was extremely disappointed. This book would be good for a 7th grader -- the typeface is huge, and there are not many pages. The content is weak, nothing new. The presentation style of the radio broadcasts is totally amateurish.

If your in junior high, this might be a good read. But if you're older than that...get another book on the topic.

Summary: Using reporters is great idea!
Comment: The tension mounts as the reporters call in their news to the radio station. It's like CNN reporting. I think this book would be useful in a school where students could take the parts of the reporters; the script is already written. Our family had fun with this unique book.

Comment: this book is easy to read and to understand. the terminology used is also teriffic. i recommend this book for information about the battle of britan to ANYONE from 4th grade to graduate school
