Summary: Highly recommended if you love Asia Food.
Comment: There are some of the specialty of different part of Asia - Rib Bone Tea (Singapore), Shunhai red rice spare ribs, pearl balls, etc. He even have some decent and beautiful desert recepi in the book! I have almost all his cookbooks. The part I like the most is that in this book the author takes pages of pages to explain the tool. I did not know that you have to soak the clay pot in the water over night in order not to break it in the process of cooking. Just this tip alone can save you so much money!
