Summary: good reference
Comment: This is a good reference, similar to those publications that describe colleges and universities or graduate programs. It gives you the basics of cooking schools (recreational and professional) in each state... cost of tuition, length program, number of students etc. It is a good guide for anyone who wants to know what kind of programs are out there.
