Summary: A Must-Read!
Comment: One of the most compelling and inspirational stories I've ever read. As a child, Wayne Theodore faced the worst kind of emotional and physical abuse at the hands of his father and mother, but he was able to find the strength and courage to survive against all odds. You'll feel like you know Wayne personally when you're finished reading the book, and his story will convince you of the incredible power of the human spirit. This is a must-read for anyone who cares about children or who has faced childhood demons of their own. You'll be thinking about Wayne and his remarkable story long after you've read the book.

Summary: An Inspirational True Story
Comment: Once I picked up the book "Wayne" I could not simply put it down. Wayne is such a wonderful person, I feel as if I know him personally and if I was there, all through his childhood. I wish I were, to hold his hand and comfort him as his father abused, neglected and stole from him and his siblings and raped his mother. "Wayne" is my all time favorite book, everytime I think about it, I am moved. I gave it to my mother to read, and she read it all through the day into the next when she finished it. Wayne is such an inspiration, a stand up guy, and his strength and courage should be spread throughout the world.

Summary: Wayne
Comment: I was assigned to read Wayne for my Sophomore Health class, and I was dumbstruck. This book was amazing and I strongly encourage students and parents alike to read this amazing story of Wayne Theodore's life. His trials and tribulations of his life are ever so inspiring. At times I wanted to put it down, but at the same time I couldn't let myself. Its would be a shame to give away any of the details but I can truly say after reading this book I've been given a new outlook on life.
