Comment: I have been teaching kindergarten for over two years, and this book was exactly what I needed. I have a better understanding of what is expected in kindergarten as well as the primary grades. When I return to school in the fall, I can turn my classroom into an environment that promotes literacy. The book gave several ideas for creating literacy-related props. I have a better understanding of how to teach letters and words. For all new teachers out there, do not hesitate. Check it out!
